Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE)
The Boston Center for Adult Education [www.bcae.org] is a non-profit adult
education center that seeks to provide educational opportunities for more than 30,000 adult
students that foster personal and professional development.
Challenge
As a non-profit organization, the BCAE has an inexperienced technical support staff plagued by high-turnover.
This resulted in oscillating levels of stability for BCAE’s technical infrastructure.
Solution
