Challenge
Kessler's employee headcount rapidly expanded to over 200, requiring significant upgrading and stabilization to their network infrastructure.
Solution
As part of their long-term outsourcing arrangement, MicroTech stabilized the technology environment by upgrading to Enterprise class servers. Additionally, MicroTech was able to improve network access by rewiring the infrastructure and upgrading
connectivity devices to a 100Mb per second bandwidth speed. External Internet access speeds have been increased five fold and MicroTech recommended and implemented an ISP with world-wide points of presence, improving end-user remote access capabilities. During this multi-year contract, MicroTech continues to provide strong
end-user support and network architecture services.
